Born in new Castle England, receive her masters degree from Cambridge University then studied and taught cooking in Paris move to London and later to US , She become the best selling cookbook author. Her books receive praise and recognition,
Melissa was associate editor at Gourmet and food In 2015, the International Association of Culinary recognized Her with their prestigious Lifetime Achievement award. In 2016 , at the American Food , Bon Appétit “Cooking Teacher .”She is an honorary trustee, of the Culinary Trust. She has also served on the Corporation of the Culinary Institute of America. The American Centre for Wine, Food and The Arts in Napa, California.
Melissa William has written over a dozen internationally published cookbooks, including The Country Cooking of France, The Good Cook, From My Château Kitchen which introduces readers to life in Burgundy and to Mel’s cooking at Château du Feÿ.
