Bernard Smith

I was born in London, UK, in the 50s. I learned to read and write, and then how to compose essays, which I quite enjoyed. I also read many poems, which I also enjoyed, but I don't remember writing any.

After I left school, I did not write any fiction or poetry until 3 years ago, after I joined Goodreads. I wrote my first poem in a comment, just for a laugh really, but then I got more serious about poetry. This has led to some poems, and a short story, being published by the Grasshopper Bot.
