I have 34 years experience in field of sales. That includes FMCG, Industrial , consumer , food and Beauty industry. Worked with L'OREAL for 23 years and now manage CHAMBOR-Geneva. My career started as sales Representative and was commercial director for L'Oreal at Myanmar and General Manager for L'OREAL Luxury Division.

I am also "Sales Coach" Certified by CCA, Canada

In my career, I had opportunity to work with many interesting and intelligent people who have developed their career from frontline to top level. I have also been able to play developmental role in building careers of my team members.

Just taking the same role ahead as training person, I wish to help youngsters in planning and developing their own career. Also they need to understand corporate culture and techniques to survive in different working environments.

My writing is for Millennials to enable them grow in career and be successful as leaders in the corporate life.
