As Head of Innovation and Fintech Strategy at Santander, he helped connect the bank to the fintech ecosystem, shaped strategic insights for global leadership, and helped establish Santander InnoVentures (now Mouro Capital, 400M USD AUM).
An active angel investor, Bradley has formally advised dozens of startups and venture firms with two exits and over 44 million USD raised. He’s co-hosted more than 250 episodes of the One Vision podcast and co-founded the fintech consulting firm Unconventional Ventures.
