Mrs. Yanick Kane

Yanick A. Kane has held many different positions in her lifetime, from her days as an Air Force nurse (labor and delivery) to her current tenure as the chief operating officer of her family. She has always been a passionate and caring individual. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, being a former certified personal trainer, and a Master of Arts in Counseling. While working on her Master’s, she decided that one of her many passions was to help children live healthier lives. This book is the introduction to the emotional and spiritual aspect of children living healthy lives. As a mother of four children aged 18, 11, 10, and 7, she understands the dynamics of childhood development and the importance of building healthy children in a holistic way.

She is currently a resident of Northern Virginia, where she is growing her family with her husband, an Officer in the Army National Guard. They have been married for almost twenty-two years. Her other interests include music, working out, and helping people as a licensed Realtor in Virginia.
