Federal Executive Analyst and Lawyer, member of the Standing Committee on Environmental Law of the Brazilian Bar Association (CDA/OAB); Phd (Master) in National Development and Environment, with a dissertation on Environmental Law, from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN); writer of eleven books on Amazon Prime KDP; researcher in the areas of English language, Brazilian popular culture, environmental and administrative law, State Intelligence for the prevention of natural disasters; co-founder of the Santa Cruz Poets and Writers Association (APOESC); individual author of several scientific articles published in journals in the areas of environmental management and public law. Politically, he identifies himself as a progressive, humanist and environmentalist.
