Speaking of his journey, in May 2014, Dr. Varun Gupta volunteered to go to East Africa to help a new University and agreed to hold the post as Director and later a year, promoted as the principal administrative officer of the University. When he was in Africa, he used Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and communicated to all stakeholders online. His efforts in Africa were fueled by his belief that education is the biggest force that will help us to build the world we want to live in.

Apart from the business consulting profile, Dr. Varun Gupta is an eminent skill developer, motivational speaker, and corporate trainer on leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, personal excellence and liaisons with universities, etc. He is known to bring people, technology, institutions, and management together for a better business ecosystem.

A voluntary, spontaneous, and relentless pursuit of goals and objectives with the highest level of energy and enthusiasm describes him. He has conducted training programs for the Corporate Sector and Student Community all over India and abroad. So far almost trained close to over 20k employees of various MNCs & leading corporate houses across the globe.

Being in Africa also includes conducting training on “Developing Institutional Corporate and Strategic Work Plans”, Rwanda, Uganda & Nigeria , 2015-2016. I have also established a presence and promoted programs under scholarship schemes to many nations in the East, West, Central, and Southern African region . I would also like to mention that I had participated and presented an ICT strategic plan in five days Quality Improvement Program of Entrepreneurship Development sponsored by the Ministry of Higher Education in Kigali, 20th – 24th July 2015.
