From an early age, Jane wrote poetry. Along with a love of nature, Poe and e.e. cummings were her inspiration. Later in life, after spending several years writing features for US and Canadian home lifestyle magazines, Jane got accepted into the prestigious Writer's Studio at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC.
Her work has been published in Quills Canadian Poetry Magazine, emerge, TWS website, The Toronto Quarterly, Leaf Press, Contemporary Horizon Magazine, Contemporary Horizon Anthology, Poetry Nook, The Maynard, and most recently the anthology Against Death, published by Anvil Press. Her poem The Day The Rain Stopped was long-listed in the UK’s National Poetry Competition out of over 12,000 entries worldwide.
Delicate Availability is her first book of poetry and prose, and under a pseudonym she writes and publishes romance novellas branded Madison Lake's #ModernTrash.
