Dr. Bob Spear, a retired computer professor from Prince George’s Community College, Maryland, is Senior Advisor to National CyberWatch Center. and Chair of the annual Community College Cyber Summit. He has authored many books and technical papers in computer programming, instructional technology, distance learning, and cybersecurity. This is his initial foray into political commentary.
A lifelong world traveler, Bob has lived in Austria and Iran, has worked on projects in Poland, Denmark, Norway, Ethiopia, Rwanda, South Africa, Ghana, Tanzania, Zambia, and Botswana, and has visited dozens of countries all over the globe. Always interested in politics, these experiences have informed and broadened his perspective.
Bob and his wife Mary Helen live on Deep Creek Lake in the Appalachian Mountains of western Maryland.
