WHO IS ANDREW SPAUMER.
Andrew Spaumer is the founder and CEO of Andrew Spaumer INC based in Tshwane (Pretoria), South Africa. Andrew and Nomsa are blessed two children Nontobeko and Mofenyi. As a couple they are devoted to transforming lives through life coaching, relationships, and marriage consulting.
Mr. Andrew Spaumer studied Social Work at the University of Pretoria where he obtained his BA Hon Social Work and Masters in Social Work where he researched on topic “Conflict Management in Black African Marriages.” Andrew has obtained several certificates in employee wellness, labor relations, coaching, psychotherapy, and project management. The research work has encouraged Andrew to write his first book “True Love Through Conflicts,” which available via soft copy and hard copy. He is presently pursuing his PhD in Social Work with focus on Child Protection.
He has represented the Social Work field of South Africa at the International Association of Social Workers with Groups both in 2009 in USA Chicago and 2014 in Canada, where he presented papers at the conferences. He was invited by the University of Pretoria’s Department of Social Work and Criminology at the Pledge Ceremony for Social Work Graduates. He has appeared on several Television and Radio programs addressing issues around Life, Relationships and Marriages. He is working in the United Kingdom as social worker.
SOCIAL WORKER
Mr. Andrew Spaumer earned Master Social Work from the University of Pretoria, in 2018. He is registered with the South Africa Council of Social Service Professional where his registration is up to date and he is also a member of the International Association of Social Workers with Groups. As a social worker he is concerned with helping individuals, families, groups and communities to enhance their individual and aims to help people develop their skills and their ability to use their own resource and those of the community to resolve problems.

RELATIONSHIP EXPERT
Mr. Spaumer is a trained and licensed professional social worker who specialized in couple therapy.
Falling in love may feel as natural as falling off a high horse and resolving conflicts that inevitably arise in any intimate relationship is not so simple. Many couples become baffled by hurtful patterns of behavior that evolve during an otherwise good relationship. As couple counselor Mr. Andrew Spaumer uses his social work skills to evaluate the relationship problems and offers strategies for resolving them. As a counselor he focuses on finding practical, immediate solutions to the problems or issues brought to his attention.
Sessions with couples involves several sessions and during these sessions, he helps the couples identify the cause or causes of their problem or problems for example anger, grief, adultery, drugs, or substance abuse. He helps client to build skills for communicating, understanding, and accepting differences, expressing uncomfortable emotions, and solving problems. He also provides valuable perspective on the relationship and range of strategic and options that each partner can use to move past their problems.

LIFE COACH
As life coach Mr. Spaumer deals with specific personal project, business accomplishments, general circumstances and shifts in the client’s personal life, relationships, or profession. Using his skills as a social worker he helps out client understand what is going on right now, discovering what barriers or challenges might be and choosing a course of action to make your life be what is going on right now, discovering what obstacles or challenges might be and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
