Channeling Douglas Adams’ lacerating wit, Robert Heinlein’s sprawling worlds, and John Ringo’s gloriously cynical energy, VTK crafts a high-proof brand of brutally hilarious science fiction, spinning classic sci-fi tropes into stories as thought-provoking as they are uproariously funny.
He lives and writes in a century-old church he bought after being expelled from his church. (“I got kicked out of my former church, so I bought my own.”) He writes in the former pastor's office, overseen by his feline overlords, Bravo and Charlie. His writing springs from this haven of stained glass and cat hair.
