Erika Bryant is an executive producer, author, Emmy nominated producer, and showrunner, with over thirty years of entertainment industry experience across music, television, and film. She is the founder of Iron Orchid Media Inc., a boutique content house specializing in unscripted television, documentaries, podcasts, and strategic advisory work.

She has produced for Hulu, ABC, Disney, Roku, MTV, Facebook Watch, Bravo, OWN, and Tubi, with credits including Iyanla: Fix My Life (OWN), Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (ABC), The Real Housewives of Atlanta (Bravo), Ready to Love (OWN), and Married to Medicine (Bravo). She directed the documentary series Always, Lady London for Tubi. Her career began in music in Atlanta at Patchwerk Recording Studios and LaFace Records, where she earned the ASCAP 2003 Songwriter of the Year award, before joining Tyler Perry Studios. She is the author of Doing It Scared: An Inspirational Guide to Facing and Conquering Fear and Doing It Scared in Love and Relationships, which explores self worth, people pleasing, and how we love ourselves and others. She lives in Los Angeles.
