Kitty Graham

Kitty Graham grew up at the foot of the Colorado Rocky Mountains where she soaked in the concepts of land management and resource conservation. She learned to appreciate the lessons of the mountains and the plains, the animals, and the history of the land. Her experiences with lengthy backpacking treks and subsistence farming impacts her writing and feeds her spirit of independence and self-reliance.

If she isn’t reading or tending her garden, Kitty enjoys taking care of animals, mainly rescuing cats in need. What she appreciates most is spending time with her friends and family.

She currently lives in Northern Colorado where she can simply look outside her window for the inspiration she needs to bring her stories with happy endings to life. Kitty also writes as Sharon in the partnership writing of Sharon Ryan.

Kitty lives a quiet life with her husband of twenty-one years along with her three mischievous cats. She also has an aquatic turtle, which is her favorite animal.
