Thomas J J Starr

Thomas J J Starr has authored three novels and three technical non-fiction books. He is an electrical engineer working nearly fifty years on telecommunications and international industry standards where he served as President and Chair of the Broadband Forum, Chair of ITU-T WP1/15 standards for fiber, copper, and home networking, and chaired the US ATIS committee on DSL standards. He worked 44 years at AT&T and is a senior, life member of IEEE where he won first place in the IEEE Internet for All paper competition.
