I am Pilar Martínez, pharmacist, lactation consultant, IBCLC and mother of two girls.

Co-Director of the EDULACTA Breastfeeding Education portal in which I teach breastfeeding courses at all levels: mothers, healthcare professional, IBCLC, etc.

I write about motherhood, parenting and breastfeeding on my blog "Maternidad Continuum" and I am the author of several books, "Weaning Without Tears" (Destetar sin lágrimas) and "Quick Guide to Lactation." (Guía Rápida de Lactancia)

I have been the first woman in my family to be able to breastfeed for three generations because in my family there is a belief that "we do not have milk".

I succeeded above all thanks to the information and support I received from both my husband and other lactation experts.

I am passionate about breastfeeding and I am passionate about helping mothers achieve the motherhood they want, so with the creation of EDULACTA I have fulfilled a dream.
