Lauralea Blake

Lauralea grew up in Bakersfield, California just north of Los Angeles. Born with a love and passion for animals that can be followed throughout her youth, and continues to this day. Back in 2005, Lauralea owned and operated a Petting Zoo/Birthday Party facility down on the farm, Grandpa’s Farm. Fifteen years later, Lauralea is bringing her pets back to life and sharing their adventures. Grandpa’s Farm The Race was Lauralea’s first adventure as a writer. She currently has four books and three coloring books. Lauralea has also developed and manufactured stuffed animals to compliment the books. Lauralea plans to make Grandpa’s Farm into a small series of at least five books.
