Fernando Reis

Fernando A. Reis (1978– ) is a practicing attorney since 2003, born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He holds a Law degree (2002) and a postgraduate specialization in Public Law (2004). He is a founding partner of Reis e Costa Valério Advogados Associados, with solid experience in civil law.

Throughout his career, he has consistently combined legal practice with a deep interest in social issues, human behavior, and well-being. Following a personal journey of transformation through lifestyle and habit changes, he also began studying topics related to health, nutrition, physical activity, personal development, and other areas that he found worthy of bibliographic documentation.
