Ashleigh has been writing poetry since childhood, earning early recognition when her work was featured by a local college at just twelve years old. Today, she is a dedicated children’s book author and advocate for special needs, drawing inspiration from her own journey as a mother of special needs children. She prefers creating stories that celebrate inclusion and empathy for those with disabilities. With six self-published children’s books and more on the way, her work reflects both heartfelt advocacy and a love for storytelling. She also received a nonfiction writing award in college and took first place in a local poetry competition. When she’s not creating stories, she loves exploring the outdoors with her family—hiking, camping, and discovering new places together.
