Peter W Noonan

Peter W. Noonan was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, and he attended Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, and the University of Windsor, graduating with degrees in history and law. After retiring from a legal career with the Government of Canada, he has produced books on history and Canadian law.
