I am a Leadership Consultant, Executive Coach to Senior Leaders and their teams. I help leaders create a safe environment in which people are enabled to be their confident best, enjoying diversity of thought and inclusive dialogue. Conversation and connection are at the heart of my work. Most recently I have worked with my colleague and friend Lucy Kidd and we have created The Collaborative Leadership Framework, helping leaders to create cultures of care and connection.
