Dr. Oolong Seemingly

Dr Oolong Seemingly travels back and forth through time collecting stories about robots, flying rocks, haunted houses, aliens and time travel. At some time in the far future he dumped his collected works into a reverse time capsule and sent it back to NOW. Inside I found a mishmash of random thoughts, braggadocio, misdirection and admittedly some brilliance. I took on the arduous task of deciphering and publishing them as I assumed that’s what he would want.

Seemingly included just enough biographical detail via interviews and self-deprecating remarks within, without and included in his works, to reveal among other things that:

A) He’s not a real ‘doctor’ of any sort. His mother named him Dr because she wanted a doctor in the family and none of the earlier Seemingly siblings appeared to be destined for such a noble profession

B) He appears to have no qualms in claiming his stories to not only be true but that he actually wrote them. Neither statement is entirely true. Or false.

He is currently working on a short story collection ‘Tall Tales for Short Robots!’ which may be his most introspective work, as he is the principal character–depicting himself as being both magnanimous and a cad and also a full length ghost story novel titled 'A Ghost Story for Robot Lovers' aimed for robots in love, which may or may not have any robots in it. We shall see.
