Omid Arabian

Omid Arabian’s current lifetime began in Iran and is currently unfolding in Los Angeles, after a long detour through New York City. He has studied Architecture at Columbia and Cinema at NYU, but has learned far more useful things from all the kids he’s ever known. Omid is the founder of YOUniversal Center, a non-profit organization where he conducts courses in Mysticism for adults and children. He is the author of three children's books - The Heart's Garden, The Donkey's Gone!, and You Are Everything - all based on poems by Rumi. His translations of Rumi’s poetry have been published in three volumes.
