Yashvir Singh

Dr. Yashvir Singh is presently working as an Associate Professor at Mechanical Engineering Department Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. He is also a visiting research fellow at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He has completed his Ph.D. in the area tribology from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India and Master of Technology from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has a rich experience of 12+ years as an academician and researcher in various Universities and Colleges. He has worked as an Assistant Professor at Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India; Research associate at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan and University of Malaya, Malaysia; Assistant Professor at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India; Hindustan College of Science and Technology, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India; Apex Institute of Technology, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has several awards to his credit such as International travel grant for attending International Conference at China, Hong Kong, South Korea. Elsevier Reviewer Recognition Award and the Best Research Paper Awards from various organizations. He has received around 60 lac INR research grant for doing project from Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi. Around 5 Lac INR as a research grant from Hindustan College of Science and Technology, Mathura. He has published 85 research papers in SCI/Scopus/Web of Science Journals with high impact factors. He has attended 37 Conferences in India and 4 International Conferences. He has written 3 books with International Publishers – Springer, IGI. He is also editor of 2 books published in Springer. He is a reviewer and editorial board member of various reputed International Journals in Elsevier, Springer, Bentham Science, Taylor and Francis. He is an active member in organizing many international seminars, workshops, and conferences in India, Taiwan, Malaysia. Dr. Singh has guided more than 7 M.Tech. Students and presently working in Joint collaboration with Various Countries Professors and Scientists. He has also motivated students for higher education and guided them the process of receiving scholarship from foreign Universities.
