Renaldo Epps

Renaldo O. Epps, Ph.D. has been working full time with the Delaware Department of Transportation since July of 1998. His philosophy is “Lead by example with the highest ethical standards.”

In July of 2007 he started his own company, Dr. Renaldo Epps Consulting Group LLC, based in Wilmington, DE. Since then he has expanded to New York City, Washington, D.C., and opened a satellite office in Atlanta, GA.

In 2019 his company reached a milestone by birthing 24-7 Digital Solutions LLC to handle their online customers and the digital components of the business. Dr. Renaldo Epps Consulting Group LLC continues to operate marketing services.

Renaldo’s first book, “From Bus Driver to CEO: A Personal Journey Towards Business Ownership” is his roadmap for new and upcoming business owners.
