Keith Landry

Keith Landry is an award-winning Canadian author based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Since publishing his first book at age 69, he has written nearly thirty books spanning historical fiction, political thrillers, true crime, mysteries, western fiction, and memoir.

Keith is the recipient of three International Impact Book Awards, including awards for Historical True Crime, Action & Adventure, and Western Fiction. In 2026, he was named a finalist for International Impact Book Awards Author of the Year.

A former public-sector manager and economics graduate, Keith combines extensive research with compelling storytelling. His books often draw inspiration from real historical events, forgotten news stories, and the people whose lives were shaped by them. Whether writing about frontier settlers, political intrigue, historic crimes, or personal challenges, he seeks to bring history and human experience to life for modern readers.

His works include the acclaimed True North trilogy, the award-winning Allumette Island Massacre, Frontier Resilience, Unforeseen Saskatchewan, and the memoir My Body Remembers: Living with Invisible Illnesses.

Keith lives in Regina, Saskatchewan, with his wife Vivian. Together they have two children and two granddaughters.
