Jacqueline Pearce

Jacqueline Pearce is an award-winning children’s book author and poet who lives on the edge of a ravine near Vancouver, Canada. Jacqueline’s novels and nonfiction for children and teens celebrate friendship, diversity, local history, and relationships between people, nature, and animals.

Jacqueline’s poetry can be found in LAST TRAIN HOME, an international collection of haiku and related poetry about trains, edited by Jacqueline Pearce (Pondhawk Press 2021), as well as anthologies such as A NEW RESONANCE 11: Emerging Voices in English-Language Haiku (Red Moon Press, 2019) and ANOTHER TRIP AROUND THE SUN: 365 Days of Haiku for Children Young and Old (Brooks Books, 2019).
