Lipi Sarkar

Lipi Sarkar is the co-author of Building a Digital Future Book, an experienced Programme Director with 20 years of experience in leading and managing technology led digital transformation programmes with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

She is passionate about digital transformation and brings her experience to work closely together with clients defining a digital transformation roadmap, strategy, best practices, governance framework and deliver a complex transformation programme by implementing a digital solution with Dynamics 365.

She is recognised for her calm management style and ability of understanding the complexity of any programmes with diverse and multicultural stakeholders.

She is also an active mentor working with Warwick Business School, Global Mentoring Programme.
