David Gallagher

In spite of a lifelong commitment to introversion and a penchant for avoiding the limelight, David has become a globally renown consultant, speaker and innovator in public relations and communications. Based in London, but hailing from Austin, Texas, he advises clients around the globe on matters related to reputation, purpose and engagement.

He draws from a deep well of experience with some the best known, most awarded agencies of the modern era, and his contributions to the communications industry has earned the highest levels of recognition from the Public Relations Society of America, the Public Relations and Communications Association, and the International Communications Consultants Organisation, among others. He is a past jury president for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and sits now or recently on advisory councils for a wide array of organizations, including the World Economic Forum, the UT-Austin McCombs School of Business, the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and Mothers2Mothers, a diverse team working through women to end AIDS in Africa.
