I've written three books of poetry, The Man at the End of the Bench, currently out of print, Cashmere Light, and most recently, God, Love, Joy, both books available on Amazon. I retired from full time teaching English at Butler County Community College, Butler PA in 2009, and currently teach a course in creative writing at BC3.
The themes I explore in my poetry are "the mysterious art of longing," the search for truth through spirituality in God, love, and joy and the nature of being. In my writing, I try " to shake up the universe and see if some truth falls out." Pittsburgh Post Gazette.
I am also an artist, focused on impressionism, and tame abstracts. In Erie, I'm represented by the following galleries: KADA, Artlore, and Gallery 104 where I live with my wife and a cat.
