Ryan Mathew Schulz

Born in Perth, Western Australia 1988. As a graduate of John Curtin College of the Arts and, a lover of all things theatrical while growing up in the world’s most isolated city, life outside the borders of WA fascinated Ryan - as did the stories of Mr. Stephen King! Holding 8 years of a career as a drag queen, he tossed aside the wigs to tap into other artforms, discovering circus, burlesque and cabaret through the Fringe World Festival.

Relocating to London in March 2017, to further pursue the arts, Ryan held 5 solid years working in those industries and now, works in commercial theatre on the West End. He enjoys writing stories that bring people into the sparkly glimmering worlds he’s been part of, giving readers a taste of some fabulousness, then sprinkling some dirt, before throwing their faces head on into some icky (and supernatural) grit!
