Markus Smith, Ph.D.

Dr. Markus Smith is the founder and Team Leader of the top-producing Markus Smith Real Estate Team, LLC. at Keller Williams Elite in Oklahoma City. He is also a professor of political science, teaching since 2002, and holds two Master’s degrees in political science (M.A.) and Education (M.Ed.), as well as a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. From his experiences growing up in poverty and surrounded by gang violence, Dr. Smith understood the importance of giving back to his community and has spent over 20 years with his philanthropic work. He is also well-known for mentoring at-risk kids and adults showing them there is a way out and helping them to discover their own success despite their circumstances.
