Marta Nowicka

Marta Nowicka is a Polish visual artist, intercultural trainer & certified coach (expat, career & life) currently living in the US.

She discovered her passion for painting in 2016 after turning 40, which awakened a commitment to creativity. Since then, she has been painting and turning her visual designs into a range of products. She paints mainly with acrylics, mixed media, and oils. She is also a printmaker, creating monotypes and mono-prints. Marta loves bold, vibrant colors, contrasts, and diverse, visible textures. She has studied art at the Warsaw Academia of Fine Arts; a summer art school in Scotland, at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey in Summit, and The Art Students League of New York.

Marta is also a psychologist and has been working years as an Intercultural Trainer and Coach for more than 10 years, but has been involved in the intercultural relations field for more than 25 years. She specializes in relocation training programs and coaching for expats and in coaching for people in career transitions. Traveling and meeting people from different cultures gives her inspiration for the art process. Marta also incorporates her art and creativity processes in her work as a coach and trainer.

Marta wants her art to have a positive impact on people. Her artistic goal is to bring joy and happiness, to offer comfort when needed, and to energize and empower viewers to follow their dreams and goals.
