Colin Williams

Colin Williams is an independent management educator, speaker, writer and facilitator. Adjunct Professor of Practice at Hult Ashridge Executive Education his work focuses on leadership development, organisational change and multi-cultural working. He has been involved in a number of major research projects.

Having studied hotel management Colin had a first career as a chef with spells in Germany and Iran before spending eight years in France in a number of leading hotels. With over ten years international experience he completed an MBA at Cass Business School in London. He was then a consultant in organizational change for nine years before joining the faculty at Ashridge Business School.

A fluent English and French speaker, with British and French nationality, he works across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America with multi-national companies and public sector organizations.
