Rick Hughes

Rick Hughes (MBACP, MPhil, DipC, DipM) has been a wellbeing consultant, accredited counsellor, coach, employee support trouble-shooter and writer for nearly 30 years, providing support, counsel or guidance for thousands of individuals. He has worked with dozens of organisational clients such as the Royal Mail Group, Optima Health, The Department for Transport, West Midlands Police and DEFRA. Latterly, he was Head of Service for the University of Aberdeen Counselling Service and before that Lead Advisor: Workplace for the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
