Jonathan A. Georgalis

Jonathan Georgalis is an Argentine philosopher, born in Buenos Aires in the mid-1980s.

His interests, of enormous breadth and diversity, ranging from ancient history and philosophy, eastern philosophy, metaphysics and rational psychology to the history of science, logic, the theory of knowledge, biochemistry and meteorology, without forgetting the great classics of universal literature.

He studied Biochemistry at the University of Buenos Aires, later graduating from this same institution with the highest marks in Philosophy. His Bachelor Thesis, "La constante evolutiva: continuidades y rupturas en el pensamiento de José Ingenieros", is the first full expression of his exceptional capacities for analysis and synthesis, which he immediately developed to a greater extent, dedicating himself to writing a great variety of books of enormous originality and intellectual depth (which are currently being published by the publishing house Llave maestra).

Assigned between 2013 and 2017 to the chair of Argentine and Latin American Thought of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires, he also appeared in multiple Conferences and Congresses of philosophy, Hellenic culture and bioethics, published articles, and dictated classes and courses linked to various topics. Becoming part, between 2016 and 2021, of the Bioethics Committee of the Children's General Hospital "Pedro de Elizalde" of the City of Buenos Aires.
