Brian Stevens has been teaching people simple survival skills for the last 30 years.
While in the US Air Force he took extensive courses in survival techniques, first aid, and rescue techniques.
He also spent a lot of time bivouacking in the bush and putting that knowledge to good use.
During his seven years in the Alaskan wilderness, he learned how to live off the land, store foods, obtain and purify water, cook with wood and gas stoves, and stay healthy.
His favorite pastimes are hiking, Internet research, and watching documentaries.
Brian lives in Northern Arizona with his beautiful wife, Grace.
