Who am I? I have degrees in Nutrition and a degree in Psychology which helps explain why we eat things we know make us fat. I'm in my 80s and have a lot of experience, but more important, in my 20s a VA doctor told me I had Diabetes.
I didn't know food had anything to do with my problems until I started reading some health books that showed how some foods affect our body. At the time the only vegetables I ate where the ketchup and lettuce on my burgers, but the more books I read the more I changed my diet. Eventually I left diabetes behind. Every year I got stronger with less body fat.
I went back to college and got degrees in nutrition. I'm now in my 80s with lots of energy, take no medications, and am thin and free of all diseases. You can eat tons of tasty food without counting calories, carbs or fat. Diets don't work. I teach a lifestyle that has kept billions of people healthy without medications or surgery. People are busy, so I keep my books short, and you can learn what you need in an hour or two. You will save money, time, and possibly your life.
