Laura Swanson

Laura Booth Swanson is based in Seattle, WA and is the mom to a loving and active toddler. She is also a professional bellydancer (Nadira.com) and instructor, who was introduced to the dance 20 years ago after a car accident she thought ended her lifelong dance career. Her doctor gave her the choice of surgery or find a way to strengthen the core. Bellydance was the answer and has been an integral part of her life ever since. She teaches the dance through muscle awareness and strengthening the core, while at the same time incorporating a wide dance background and fun. She is currently balancing her mom & bellydancer lives and finding the sparkle in all things big and small.
