Roberto Vingelli

Roberto Vingelli has been working for over thirty years in the professional wellness, beauty and SPA sector, spanning all three of its segments — furnishings, technologies and cosmetics. For over twenty years he has held management roles — direction and coordination of sales networks, selection and training of teams, commercial development — collaborating with multinational brands, both Italian and foreign, in the sector. Through his own company, Management Space, he has managed spa facilities in Italy and provided consultancy to companies in the beauty and wellness market. Today, as an independent consultant, he supports businesses that want to enter and grow in the Italian market of the sector.

Alongside commercial consultancy, he works as a strategic mentor within companies: he accompanies entrepreneurs and teams in their growth choices, in their decision-making processes and in the development of their organizational and human dimension, in the conviction that the solidity of a company arises from the clarity of those who lead it.

With a degree in Political Science with an international focus, he combines his professional activity with that of an author: about ten books that arise from the interweaving of professional experience, a passion for travel and the years lived in Russia. From these emerge reflections on work and leadership, on communication and relationships, on personal growth and on the link between the professional dimension and the inner dimension of the individual.
