Saija Dasari overcame visual disability & colour-blindness, every time she does something creative, just like her brother Viswanath Dasari who's also an author. Saija learned English by herself since she studied in her village Gokavaram. She's currently doing post-graduation in journalism. She started her writing journey with a little book called The Giant Kingdom,

Shivi and Her Will is her second book.
