George Platis

George Platis was born in the Lasithi Plateau of Crete. He studied in Athens and Canada.

He has taught at all levels of education, from primary school to university, in Montreal, in Athens and in Heraklion of Crete.

He was destined to become involved in poetry in his later years. He hopes that his ‘glimpse’ of things has something to offer.
