Bill Epps, much like the main character, of his Bill Terrell novels, was born in Georgia and migrated to Nebraska. A student and aficionado of Old West history, he cut his teeth at an early age by reading Zane Grey, Louis LaMour, and Elmer Kelton. He's even worked as a cowboy himself at one time.
As a Navy Seabee, has done three deployments in support of the Global War on Terror.
He currently resides in Nebraska with his wife Deb. She, his four children, and soon to be four grandchildren keep him busy.
Mr. Epps enjoys reading, camping, hiking, and shooting.
He is a member of The Western Writers of America.
