He brings forty years of experience in analyzing thousands of businesses in a variety of industries, identifying their strategies, and working with them to achieve success by navigating through challenging times.

Throughout his career, Richard developed expertise in financial analysis, business development, business administration, policy, operations, and risk management, as well as providing leadership to three organizations as president and assisting in numerous acquisitions leading to successful cultural and business integrations. In the fall of 2016, he left his position as the Corporate Chief Credit Officer for First Financial Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio to directly serve the needs of businesses.
