Aaron J. Jackson was awarded his PhD in anthropology at the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2019. He is currently living and teaching in Melbourne. He is the author of Worlds of Care: The Emotional Lives of Fathers Caring for Children with Disabilities published by University of California Press as part of the California Series in Public Anthropology. Worlds of Care delves into the practical and emotional realities of intensive caregiving and examines the fraught relationship between masculinity and care.
