Matty Bennett

Matty Bennett is the author of What Are the Men Writing in the Sugar?, his debut poetry collection from Rebel Satori Press (2021). His debut YA verse novel, We Give Support, Not Advice, is forthcoming from Rebel Satori’s Queer Mojo imprint (2022).

Bennett received his MFA in poetry from Virginia Tech, and his work has appeared or been reviewed in The Gay & Lesbian Review Worldwide, Juked, Homology Lit, Cardiff Review, Philadelphia Gay News, and others. He is currently an upper school English teacher and track coach at Moses Brown School in Providence, RI.
