Susan Shinn, Ed.D. is the Director of the Emily Meschter Early Learning Center in Flowing Wells School District, Tucson, Arizona. She attained a Doctorate in Education with an emphasis in Educational Leadership from

Northern Arizona University and also holds a Master of Art in Early Childhood Special Education and Bachelor of Art in

Secondary Education. Her vision for students is to be able to bring their distinct experiences, gifts, and ideas into a classroom

to promote diversity among all learners.
