Federica Miross

Federica Miross is the name Mariana uses to sign her stories, her Nom de Plume.

Although she is mexican, she lives in the north of Germany with her family.

Mariana writes children stories since many years. She believes there is magic and wisdom within stories written for young people.

Federica Miross aims to inspire children to read more, to devour books. "Books open doors to dreams."

La princesa que quería ver el mar, is her first published story. "The Princess came to me, many years ago, as I stand on the top of a mountain in Central America... I could imagine I could see both seas from there, and then the princess whispered she had never seen the sea upclose."

Mariana also loves to knit, dance, sing, create and all you can find in a paper shop.
