Michael Glanville

Mike is a former senior police officer in the UK having served for 30 years in Dorset. He is one of the co-founders and the Chief Safeguarding Officer for The Safeguarding Company Ltd based in South Wales. Mike has spent the majority of his working career in safeguarding and child protection work (in various guises) and those experiences inspired him and his co-author (Martin Baker) to write 'Lessons will be Learned'.
