Heather J Makowicz

Heather Makowicz serves as a Certified Spiritual Director at the Malvern Retreat House in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Additionally, she has had the privilege of serving as a guest retreat director and speaker at various retreat centers and parishes in the greater Philadelphia area, extending to the Northeast regions of the United States. She is an experienced retreat Director, the Founder of Peak Encounter Ministries, and is also a therapist. With her background in clinical social work, she has a deep desire to integrate natural, complex human experiences in life and spiritual life with God. Heather and her husband have been married for over 29 years and are the proud mother of three grown children, one of whom has multiple special needs.
