Adriana Rozo-Angulo

Adriana Rozo-Angulo is a passionate leader, strategist, and change agent. She is the Director of Operations at Menasha and is currently working with the Business Transformation team. Adriana is also the President of MAS Connections, a business consultancy firm she co-found in 2011. Adriana is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional and holds several certifications in the manufacturing and medical device industry.

During her 20 years in the industry, Adriana realized that one of the main factors that affect companies of any size are the “Not Applicable” processes, ideas, and mindset. Her strategic and operational expertise, combined with her lean six sigma background, allows her to promptly identify these situations and create a simpler and sustainable strategy.

Adriana is the New Jersey Hub Leader for The Hispanic Star, an organization under We Are All Human. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Seton Hall University for the "Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times" executive certificate program. Adriana is also a certified EXMA speaker and co-author of the book Hispanic Star Rising.
